When it comes to your relationship with the Divine,
You hold all the power.
The Divine cannot come to you;
You must make yourself available to Her.
And when you do meet the Divine,
it will not be what you expect.
When you awaken and all doubt falls away in a flash, people create all sorts of weird ideas about you. Some people put you on a pedestal to fawn over you. Others put you on a pedestal so they can knock you off. These games are all designed to protect the ego’s idea of self. I see the games, and sometimes I’ll play. Sometimes I don’t. Either way, all I have to share is love.
If you were to look at me, at first all you see is an ordinary woman living an ordinary life. But if you really look, and open yourself with trust, then you’ll see Light. That’s all. It’s really not a big deal, but people seem to think it is. This Light you see is your own Enlightenment reflecting back at you. Enlightenment, however, is such a charged word. The ego mind thinks once you have “It” then everything is done. And in a way, it is. Yet at the same time – even though there is no time – Enlightenment goes on forever.
The view from this side of the pond is completely different from that side. While I can see it and know it, there’s no way to explain it to you until you let go of you and join me on the other shore. But then, there would be nothing to explain. You’d realize we’ve always been here.
